What is the loyalty rewards program?
Our loyalty rewards program is created as a way to thank you for being our client.
How do I enroll in the loyalty rewards program?
The first loyalty rewards card is free. Just complete a sign-up form at the front desk and you will begin earning points!
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every dollar ($1 = 1 point) spent on qualifying services.
What do I get for the points?
Every time you reach a total of 200 points a $10 is added to your card. You can redeem the $10 dollar on your next visit or you can wait until you get more value on the card.
What if I forgot my card?
Don’t forget. Keep it with you at all times. Points can only be applied at the time of check-out if the card is present.
What if I lost my card?
There will be a $2 replacement fee. If the card is registered, we can transfer points to your new card.
Does my card expire?
No.
Do you share our information with any third parties?
No.
Can I have two cards in my name?
No. If you have two cards with the same information, you may lose eligibility for ALL of the points on both cards.
How do I check my card balance?
When we add points to your card, a receipt is printed showing points added and total points on the card.
What are additional rules and guidelines?
· Points are earned on services, excluding gratuity.
· Points cannot be transferred between cardholders.
· Points cannot be combined.
· Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
· No double dipping. Points will be given for gift card redemptions but NOT for gift card purchases.
· Only cardholder paying for services may accumulate points.
· Card and cardholder must be present to redeem points.
· New members cannot receive points for visits prior to joining the program. Points are effective at time of joining.
· Ruby Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.
· Ruby Nails & Spa reserves the right to change these program rules, benefits, and points at any time without notice.
